All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation forms complete with your details. We will send to you the tracking number depending on the shipping mode you choose.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on courier latest shipping rates. Available Couriers trusted by ILAW for safe and sound delivery of your goods:
a. LBCFree local delivery is available for orders over 7000 pesos within Carmona, Cavite. For orders under 7,000 pesos, we charge 200 pesos for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 10:00 AM on [Monday - Saturdays]. We will contact you via text message/FB messenger with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store/warehouse located at Block 14 Lot 48 Phase 11 Carmona Estates, Brgy Lantic, Carmona Cavite or you can search ILAW LIGHTING EQUIPMENT TRADING on Waze or Google map. After placing your order and selecting local pickup, your order will be prepared, tested and packed and ready for pick up within 1 business days. We will send you the video test of your orders and notify you via text message or FB messenger when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Mondays to Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation form ready with you when you come.
When your your order has shipped, you will receive the photo of the receipt from the courier you choose from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation receipt, please contact us at ilawnatinto@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
